Baqyt emes

The Qazaq context... Three works dedicated to the "Kazakh context" in pop art style, reflecting the real situation in Kazakhstan through the prism of humor and references to the first artists of the country. The second work in the series is an homage to S. Aitbayev's (1938-1994) work Bakyt (canvas, oil 1966), which is on permanent display at the Kasteev Museum of Art. This work explores our reality from domestic violence, to the blindness of the authorities, in particular the police, as well as simple human stupidity, which does not lead to happiness, but rather the opposite!
