Reflected City

Reflected City (70*80cm)- the second part of the diptych dedicated to the urban landscape in rainy light. The silhouettes of buildings are blurred, as if dissolved in the air and reflected in wet asphalt or water. The monochrome palette emphasizes the mood of silence, depth and loneliness of the big city. The work can exist independently or paired with the first piece titled City in the Rain. This diptych is about presence and disappearance, about a city that is reflected not only on the water but also within us.
