Abstraction-Scape

The painting is an abstract interpretation of a landscape with poplar trees. Their reflections are doubled in the lower part of the composition, reminding of the presence of water - quiet, mirror-like, with light ripples. The background is built on a combination of cold blue and violet tones, which contrast with rich lime-green planes. In the upper part of the canvas there is a large yellow-orange spot, like an evening cloud or the sun beyond the horizon. It gives the painting an inner light and gives it a romantic, slightly theatrical mood. The form here borders on the stain, the strokes are free, in some places energetic, with a sense of randomness, but precisely built into the overall structure. The work is decorative and expressive at the same time - one can feel the impulse, rhythm and lyrical experience of nature translated into the language of color and movement.
