Transparency

Mixed technique: figure + gesture + transparency This is not just a horse - it is its ghost, its spirit, its gesture in the moment. It emerges from patches of color, from breathing layers of paint, not fully manifested, but undeniably present. The contours of the head, the movement of the neck, the silhouette of the ears all emerge from a thick cloud of color where the horse seems to dissolve and reassemble. Cloabstraction here is the transition between clozeup (intimate, large-scale detail) and abstraction. We do not see a whole horse, but as if its emotional X-ray: fluid lines, transparent fills, restrained graphite or pastel, on top of which accents - red, turquoise, ochre - are chaotically superimposed. The background can be sky or nothing. Sometimes by the landscape she leaves behind. Sometimes the traces of fingers, paint, spontaneous movement.
