Central Symbol: The Tree of Life and the Shanyrak. The tree sprouting from the center represents the “Axis of the World,” uniting the three spheres of the universe. Its roots extend deep into the earth toward the memory of ancestors; its trunk symbolizes the present; and its crown reaches toward the future and the heavens. Multicolored gems on the branches: a symbol of fertility, descendants, fulfilled wishes, spiritual riches, and the continuation of the family line (shezhire). Shanyraq: The tree is depicted within the dome of a yurt, which serves as the primary symbol of the family hearth, peace, unity, and home. The Sun with a Spiral (Kün): A symbol of supreme life energy, warmth, prosperity, and the spiritual principle (Tengri). Crescent Moon (Ai): It represents the night light, peace, the harmony of the masculine and feminine principles, and the cyclical nature of the natural world. A Flock of Birds: Soaring birds symbolize freedom, pure thoughts, and good news. A Mare with a Foal: A symbol of steppe freedom, well-being, maternal tenderness, and the continuity of generations. The Tazy Greyhound is one of the seven treasures of the Kazakh people (Zheti Kazyna).
