In the early period of his work, the author experimented with the styles of post-impressionism. Most of all he is attracted by the optical problems of pointillism.
In "Still Life" the entire surface of the canvas is covered with small dot strokes. A complex multi-color palette from orange-bright to thick dark blue shades, unfolds into its gradations, intertwining again, forming an integral plot.
The space of the canvas with the confrontation of vertical and horizontal still life objects, conveys the dynamics and fluidity of the objects.
